- It's available online at sw-eng.falls-church.va.us via anonymous FTP in
- directory public/adaic/docs/standard/95lrm_rat/v6.0. So you can print
- out your own copy -- you don't have to pay megabucks to ISO.

- The RM is pretty tough going. I'd recommend starting with a text book
- first. E.g. Cohen's or Barnes'. THEN read the RM.
